How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel an order, please Email or Text your cancellation request including your ref Number. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your day move otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

How do I get a Quote?

You can view all our prices on our website Man & Van page based on short-distance moves, and long-distance moves you can send us a message from the website contact us page or call our customer service page.

How do I pay for the service?

On our booking page, you will find selections of payment methods. You can pay Online by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card”, “PayPal” or “By cash on the day to the driver”. If you selected payment by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card” or “PayPal”, you must pay at least 24 hours before. Our drivers accept Card payments. If you have selected amount “By cash to the driver on the day” please note that you need to pay before unloading.

What is a suitable van size for me?

You will need to provide us with information on items that you need to move. Depending on the size and load space, we will advise you on the type of vehicle you require.

What size of van will I get?

The size of the vehicle will be according to your booking choices on our website. On our website, you can find all the dimensions inside of each van we provide.

When will I get my booking confirmation?

If you place your order within our office working hours, we will verify all the details, and we will send you an Email and Text Message (SMS on your mobile) confirmation within 15-30 minutes. If you have placed an order after working hours, please expect your task number sent to you. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email, please contact our office urgently.

How do I pay a deposit?

We require a small deposit once you select the service needed, which will be due once all your details received from our booking form.

Is there a charge for travelling in the van?

There is no additional cost you could travel with us free of charge.

Can I amend the date or time of service?

You can amend your booking with 48 hours notice from your actual booking schedule.

Will you arrange parking permits?

We do not arrange or provide any permits.
Customers will have to deal with any parking arrangements or permits, including fees.
Fines due to customer fault will need to be paid to the driver directly.
Any tickets are issued while booking is in progress.

What if I need extra helpers or more men to help me load & unload?

We only provide an option for a driver or one helper if needed.
Additional charges will apply and will have to be paid directly to helper with their hourly rate.

Are my goods insured with Good in Transit Cover?

All our items are fully covered by insurance while in transit.
Our Goods in Transit insurance cover £25000.
We are not liable for the first £250.00 per claim.
All claims reported at the time of occurrence;
No application will be accepted.unless reported to Click n Deliver Limited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure extra insurance.
Is arranged if required Goods will be protected only by our insurer.

How much notice do you require to carry out my move?

Please bear in mind one hour notice will be required for urgent service or a 48 hours notice if you are planning to move over a weekend, please book well in advance. To ensure that you can get the best date and time of the service, try and book our services as soon as you get a confirmation date in mind.

Do you dismantle/assemble furniture?

We do not assist in dismantling and reassemble furniture.

Will your carry goods to any floor, room?

The drivers are happy to help curry goods at an additional cost per flight of stairs which we charge £8 per flight of stairs.

What happens if the service I have accepted goes over the time stated on the booking platform?

All charges within the time of will not occur additional charges.
Drivers will allow 10 minutes extra time once your time slot has gone over after that there will be an additional charge of every 30 mins at the rate set on the booking page.
Small Van driver will charge at the rate of £12.50.
Medium Van drivers will charge at the rate of £17.50.
Additional helper rates also need to be paid separately from driver charge at the end of the booking directly to the helper the rate of £10.
All the above rates are for every 30 mins overbooking time.
