How do i cancel my booking?

 To cancel an order please Email or Text your cancellation request including your ref. number. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your day move otherwise cancellation fee will apply 

How do I pay for the service?

 On our booking page you will find selections of payment methods. You can pay Online by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card”, “PayPal” or “By cash on the day to the driver”. If you selected payment by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card” or “PayPal” you must pay at least 24 hours before. Our drivers accept Card payments. If you have selected payment “By cash to the driver on the day” please note that you need to pay before unloading. 

What size of van will I get?

 The size of vehicle will be according to your booking choices on our website. On our website you can find all dimensions inside of each van we provide. To check our van sizes click here 

How do I get a Quote?

All Prices could be viewed on our website Man & Van page based on short distance moves and long distance moves you can send us a message from the website contact us page or call our customer service page 

When I will get my booking confirmation?

  If you place your order within our office working hours, we will verify all details and we will send you an Email and Text Message (SMS on your mobile) confirmation within 15-30 minutes.
If you have placed an order after working hours, please expect your confirmation to be sent to you the next day.
If you didn’t receive your confirmation email and text, please contact our office urgently. 

What is the suitable van size for me?

You will need to provide us information on you items that you need to move. Depending on the size and load space we will advise you on the type of vehicle you require.

Small Van

The Small Van is most commonly used for luggage and parcel transfers, small vans can hold up to 8 packed suitcases.

Length: 1.2m / 3.5 ft ,Width: 1.49 m / 4.8 ft, Height: 1.2 m / 3.9 ft,Payload: 600-900 kg

Medium Van

The Medium Van offers a usefully Large load area. medium van is ideal for small flat moves or bulky items 

Load Space

Length: 2.4 m / 7.8 ft, Width: 1.7 m / 5 ft, Height: 1.4 m / 4 ft,Payload: 1200 kg

Seats (inc driver): 3

How do I pay deposit?

We require a small deposit once you select the service required which will be due once all your details are given from our booking page. 

Can I amend the date or time of service?

You can amend your booking with 48 hours notice from your actual booking schedule. 

What if I need 2 or more men?

We only provide a driver and any other person required to carry out booking will need to be asked before booking time. Clients will need to pay additional charges for a second person to help load and unload van

How much notice do you require?

one hour notice will be required for urgent service  or a 48 hours notice if you are planning to move over a weekend please book well in advance. To ensure that you can get the best date and time of the service try and book our services as soon as you get a date in mind. 

Do I have to arrange a parking space?

The cilents will need to arrange parking 

What happens if the service i have accepted goes over the time stated on the booking platform ?

All our fixed price options are based on short & long distances bookings.

Is there a charge for travelling in the van?

There is no additional cost you could travel with us free of charge 

Will you arrange parking permits?

We do not arrange or provide any permits  It the clients that requires our services that will have to deal with any permits or parking arrangements. Any fines due to customer fault will need to be paid to the driver if any tickets are issued whilst booking is in progress. 

Are my goods insured?

All our items are fully insured while in transit.  YES. Our Goods in Transit insurance cover up to  £25000. We are not liable for the first £250.00 per claim.
Claims must be reported at the time of occurrence, no claim will be accepted after the payment has been made and Click n Deliver team has left the site.
It is customer’s responsibility to ensure extra insurance is arranged if required.
Goods will be protected only by our insurer, if “Click n Deliver Man &Van team” will prepare the transport for all of the things listed on the Transport List by our customer. 

Do you dismantle / assemble furniture?

We do not provide assistance for dismantling and reassemble furniture 

Will your carry goods to any floor, room?

We help curry goods at additional cost per flight of Stairs. £8 per flight which will be due to driver per person on site
